First Time buyers - All sales are due and payable
upon receipt of merchandise.
2– Minimum Quantity:
1 case – 12 pairs
3– Terms: All “net
30” sales are due and payable 30 days after the delivery
date, if credit is approved by our credit department. An interest
of 2% per month will be charged on invoices not paid within 30
days of delivery. All sales outside the continental US are on
a pre-paid basis.
4– Payment: We accept American
Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We can also accept company
checks or money order, however the goods will only be shipped
once the check has cleared or the money orders have been received.
Payment can also be made by wire transfer. On the Order Form you
will find the payment options.
5– Return Merchandise:
Please call us to obtain an RMA number no later than 10 days after
the date of receipt of goods. We understand that all products
are in good standing and the lot is defective free if we are not
contacted within 10 days after the receiving date.
6– Return Freight –
to be covered by buyer, except if the returns occur due to defective
merchandise.
7– Re-stock fee of $35.00
will be applied to shipments up to 50 cartons, and $50.00 for
shipments with more than 51 cartons.
8– Grace Period is 5 days
after the due date.
9- Late Fee of $25.00 will be
charged if check is not received on or before the grace period.
10- Collections & Litigations:
In the event that an invoice is past due and placed for collections,
a 35% fee will be assessed for collections and/or attorney’s
fees
11– Retuning Checks: If
checks are returned due to non sufficient funds, an NSF charge
of $18.00 per check will be added in the Invoice.
12– Prices: Our prices
are FOB Miami. All freight charges are to be covered by buyer.
We guarantee that the products are in perfect
condition in our warehouse. The integrity of the lot throughout
the transportation, however, is the buyer’s responsibility.
