These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ravelloshoes.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Ravello (“Ravello”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

Ravello is a footwear and accessories retailer serving customers in Lebanon and Oman. You can reach us any time at orders@ravelloshoes.com or on WhatsApp at +961 78 892 110.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & availability

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings and natural materials. All items are subject to availability; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are tax-inclusive where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices at any time before you place an order. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when the order is confirmed.

5. Orders & order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once we confirm it (on the order-confirmation page and/or by email). We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or delivery outside our service areas. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Card payment may be offered as it becomes available; where used, payment is processed securely by our payment provider and we never store your full card details. You are responsible for ensuring the funds are available on delivery.

7. Shipping & delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders within Lebanon and Oman. Estimated delivery times are typically 2–3 business days within Lebanon and 3–5 business days to Oman, though times may vary with location and courier conditions. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct.

8. Returns & exchanges

You may return or exchange unworn items in their original, undamaged box within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging. To start a return or exchange, contact orders@ravelloshoes.com or WhatsApp us with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders, where agreed). Final-sale items may be excluded where indicated.

9. Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, our standard returns process applies.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Ravello and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ravello is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
